Stunning photos of the 2015 UK/Europe Eclipse

Unfortunately the weather here along the South Coast of England was not good, the Isle of Purbeck where I live was covered with thick cloud and sea mist, so I was unable to see the Sun, it did get a little dark, but it wasn’t really obvious that an eclipse happened at all today. Hopefully the weather will be for favourable in 2026!

So if you did miss the eclipse, here are a few photos from around the UK and Europe, and a short video showing the sky getting dark then light again over Corfe Castle, Dorset.
