More weird red lights have been filmed near American Fork, Utah, this time on Valentines day/night (February 14th 2011).
They appear to be exactly the same as the lights filmed near American Fork and Dugway Proving Ground on the 26th January 2011. They also appear to be dropping something or possibly something is falling off.
Interestingly Dugway was on lockdown during the first recorded sighting of these lights – Dugway officials said they had misplaced a vial of a nerve agent! Could there be a connection?
From the comments on YouTube, it sounds like several people witnessed these lights on the 14th which appear to have visible for around 20 minutes.

The questions is, what are they – Secret Stealth Plan(s), Alien UFO or just some kind of Balloon?
