Video: Cigar-shaped UFO filmed over Brazil, Feb 2011

Strange looking silver object filmed over the city of Limeira in Brazil. Looks a bit like an elongated balloon of some kind — ould it be an escaped helium advertisement ballon, or an alien mother ship! I'm also intrigued to know what the bright (light) object is on the right at the very beginning of the video?
