The world’s smallest hen egg has been laid by a chicken owned by a British family – called Bacon.
Dad-of-two Keith Bacon bought the bird for his children – but never expected her to be a record holder.
The family woke up to find the hen had laid an egg smaller than a 2p coin and perfectly round and one inch high and one inch wide.
