Wallabies spotted in Cornwall, England

Escaped Wallaby and Baby

A male wallaby which escaped from a petting zoo two years ago appears to have found a female to mate with – which has now been spotted in a garden carrying a baby.

Experts say wallabies are “renowned” for being able to find each other in the wild and it is thought the pair have begun breeding.

It is believed the female, who also escaped (from where?) found and mated with a male which escaped from a farm near St Endellion in 2007.

Does anybody have any news, or sighting of foreign animals living wild, either here in the UK or in another country?

In the late 80s I started investigating UFOs and crop circles and joined the CCCS (Centre for Crop Circle Studies) and a local group researching strange sightings and reports along the south coast of Dorset (UK). In the early ’90s I started my own research group called SPS (Strange Phenomena Studies), this was renamed in 2004 to Cryptoworld.
